Avocado Wraps

Hummus:
1 clove of garlic
1/2c. red lentils (cooked)
1/2 of lemon
1Tb tahini
1Tb olive oil
1/4tsp sea salt
a dash of smoky paprika

In a food processor start putting in the garlic clove.  After that is minced in the processor then add the additional ingredients and blend until smooth.

Additional ingredients: (For 2)

2 green onions
2 Green Kale leaves
1 avocado
1/2 red bell peper
1 chopped red tomato
some sprouts
some cilantro

Home made Wraps: (makes 6)

2c. whole wheat flour
1tsp. baking powder
1/2tsp salt
2TB olive oil
1/2c.-2/3c. of water (add a tablespoon at a time to get the consistency may need more)

Combine ingredients and knead 15-20 times.  Make sure the dough is not too dry but not too wet.  It should be a nice lightly sticky consistency. Let the dough rest for 15 min.
Form into round tortillas and cook on a hot griddle.
