Sesame Stir Fry

1TB olive oil
1 yellow onion, sliced in rounds
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 thumb size fresh ginger
3 carrots, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large broccoli floret
1 zucchini, chopped
1 small cabbage, sliced thin into rounds

4TB tamari sauce
3 TB water
1tsp raw sugar
2tsp corn starch

In a large skillet heat up the oil.  Add the onion and sauté for 3min. then add the garlic and ginger.  Let it cook for 3-5min until the onions are tender then add the carrots and celery and cook for 3min. Lastly, add the broccoli florets, zucchini and cabbage.  Cover with a lid and mix the sauce up in a small bowl.  Add the sauce and cover for an additional 10-15min. stirring occasionally.  You'll know when it is done when the broccolis are bright green and the carrots are bright orange.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Serve with steamed rice, sesame seeds and tahini.
